Bookings, Payments and Refunds Policy

Bookings:

 1. An account must be made through SCBooking.com 
 2. One account will be allowed to apply for up to 3 applicants.

Outside Applicant Discounts:

 3. A limited number of Early Bird Coupons will be applied at checkout offering a 10% discount to the first 50 customers. This can be activated by clicking the early bird button at checkout.
 4. A limit of 3 applications are permitted to be made by one account, with a 1,500 THB per week saving, applied at checkout, to the second and third booking paid at the same time.


SC Booking Pupil Discount:

 5. SC Booking Pupil’s are offered a 25% discount on the full fees.

 6. No other discounts or coupons will be allowed to be used in conjunction with this offer.


Payments:

 7. All payments must be made through the online booking application form.
 8. Fees cannot be paid in cash or on entrance.
 9. All payments are handled with our chosen payment gate, Stripe.

Amendments to Booking Details:

 10. Before 30 June, any applicant is permitted to change the details of an application including the name of the applicant and student details. Additional changes including options and weeks applied will only be permitted where available. Email Summer Camp Admin to request any amendments.


Refund Policy:

11. An 80% refund of fees for cancellation of enrolments before 31 May will be allowed.
12. A 50% refund of fees for cancellation of enrollments between 1-30 June.
13. No refund will be allowed for cancellations or no show from 1 July.
14. Refunds for exclusions or sick days will not be permitted.
15. Refunds must be requested by email to summercampbookingsystem@gmail.com. Once your case has been approved, our Admin will send you a Refund Request form to begin the process.
